One of the most interesting aspects of documenting weddings, to me, is the persistence of tradition. Since Kalli & Chris are both Greek (their families used to live on two islands close to one another back in Greece), their wedding was so abundant in native touches. We delighted in capturing intricate embroidered pieces decorating Bride's house, handkerchiefs with gold coins for luck, Groom's duty of crashing the pomegranate on Bride's doorstep, gorgeous orthodox ceremony, and reception filled with handfuls of dollar bills hurled at dancing couple.
But, of course, there was so much more than folklore than made Kalli & Chris' wedding unforgettable & an absolute delight. Nadine & I loved documenting this drop dead gorgeous couple, surrounded by festive & convivial crowd of family and friends, dancing the night away at opulent Venetian.
Congrats Kalli & Chris!! We loved your wedding!
Ps. Kalli is a bridal blogger for 201 Bride and since her engagement she did a phenomenal job of chronicling her planning process, to help other brides.

Simply stunning images. I can feel the vibe of the wedding with these images. Congrats on a super set here!
